Using Our Games On Your Site

Themathgames.com is currently a free site. We plan to change our model in 2010 or 2011 at which time we will ask members to pay a monthly subscription fee to access our games. However, we feel that we must first build up enough original, quality games to warrant charging a fee. Our original games at this time are

• Fractions in Space
• Fraction Balls
• Decimals In Space

Our site also includes some games from Novel Games. Anyone, can, in fact, use Novel Games's games. Just visit their site to see for yourself.

We do not have a full fledged affiliate system in place at this time, as we are still building up our original game repertoire. However, after being approached by a few different web sites and game portal owners who wanted to include our games, we have come up with a temporary solution (until 2010/2011 when we switch over to a subscription system). Until then, we allow any web site to embed the games up for a monthly fee of ($20). You must email us the domain name that will be loading the files and pay for 1 year in advance. The following terms and conditions apply.

• On each page that embeds one of our original games, you must clearly indicate that the game belongs to themathgames.com
• The total number of monthly game requests is under (10,000). A "game request" is any time that one of our games is served from our webservers to your visitors on your site. If you expect that you will use our games over 10,000 times in the course of a month we can set up a modified fee.
• You will only use our games in a family friendly, kid safe, rated "G" context.
• Additionally, you will not reverse engineer our games or in any way claim that you were the original authors of the games.
• You will not grant any other person, website or organization, the use of our games. Our games may only be served from the domain name that you provide to us.
• You will, in no way, redistribute our games except through the medium of the internet and, specifically, the domain name that you provide to us.
